Napa LAFCO has completed its draft municipal service review (MSR) and sphere of influence (SOI) review report on Napa RCD. The draft report represents Napa LAFCO’s independent evaluation of the availability and adequacy of municipal services provided by NCRCD. The draft report includes an evaluation of Napa RCD’s boundaries, population trends, organizational structure, municipal service provision, and financial information.

Napa LAFCO invites any interested member of the public to submit written comments on the report through September 8, 2023. All comments received by this date will be addressed by staff prior to the preparation of a final report that will be formally adopted at a future meeting. Written comments submitted by e-mail should be directed to info@napa.lafco.ca.gov.
