Group Volunteering

Is your school, nonprofit, or community group looking for an educational, service-based, outdoor project? Napa RCD offers a variety of group volunteer opportunities. We work with your group to choose an appropriate opportunity and location, and then we take it from there! Napa RCD will plan out your day of service and provide all tools and equipment necessary so your group can show up and make an impact.

Service Opportunities:

• Waterway Keepers Community Cleanup- trash removal
• Acorns to Oaks- acorn planting and oak sapling maintenance
• Invasive Plant Removal- pulling invasive weeds by hand or with small hand tools for habitat restoration and reducing wildfire risk

Services Include:

• 3 hours of combined service work/education
• All necessary project materials (gloves, tools, etc)
• Additional services and timeframes available upon request

Nonprofit/Community Group Fees

Unless it is an extraordinary circumstance, we do not charge school, nonprofit, and community groups to participate in a volunteer opportunity organized by Napa RCD.
