Request for Proposals for Construction Services for Sulphur Creek Fish Passage Barrier Removal Project with Napa County Resource Conservation District

The NOAA Napa River Watershed Fish Passage Restoration Program is seeking proposals from contractors for the Sulphur Creek Fish Passage Barrier Removal Project. As part of a broader effort to improve fish passage and watershed health, this project includes replacing an existing bridge with a new prefabricated structure and removing a nonfunctional fish ladder from the creek. Additionally, the creek channel will be enhanced to support habitat restoration. The work is expected to be completed by October 31, 2025.
Bids must be submitted by Friday, March 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. PST.
