Request for Proposals: Wappo Park Tree Pruning Project

• Napa County Resource Conservation District (“Napa RCD”) is soliciting proposals from qualified tree care contractors for the Wappo Park Tree Pruning Project in St. Helena, California, with funding provided by the USDA Forest Service.
• The Project includes professional pruning of existing park trees to improve tree health, structural integrity, pedestrian clearance, and long-term canopy development. Work will be performed in accordance with ANSI A300 pruning standards and ISA Best Management Practices. Contractors must meet the licensing, certification, and other requirements identified in the RFP.
• A mandatory project site visit will be held on September 8th at 1PM at Wappo Park. Proposals are due September 21, 2026 at 5PM.
