Napa RCD and USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and USDA Farm Services Agency (FSA) are offering free consultation and site visits to those impacted by wildfires.
How we can help you:
- Technical Assistance – We can come to your property and advise you on best practices moving forward to ensure healthy soil, healthy vegetation, and erosion control.
- Financial Assistance – We can connect you to USDA relief program that help replace crops, livestock, forage, or farm infrastructure (e.g. irrigation systems, fences, etc.)
Agricultural properties seeking FSA financial assistance must make a claim within 60 days of the fire containment date, which is Oct 20 for the Glass Fire. Please contact the FSA office to make a claim: 707-448-0106 x2.
Request technical assistance by completing this online questionnaire, or feel free to reach out to Napa RCD staff for technical assistance
