Napa RCD is offering a chance for the community to help their River! Join us in the City of St Helena for a Waterway Keepers River Cleanup and spend some time outside doing something good!
Did you know litter is one of the largest forms of pollution? It harms wildlife, contaminates our streams, and can be a threat to human health. Litter from local streets gets into our storm drain system, is washed into our local waterways, and eventually is carried out to the San Francisco Bay and into the ocean.
YOU can help! We invite YOU to take action in keeping our Napa River watershed healthy!
Meet: Valley View St Bridge, 799 Valley View St, St Helena
Bring: your reusable water bottle. Bring a bucket, gloves, and trash grabber if you have them, but we have plenty to share
Wear: closed-toe, sturdy shoes and long pants.
