Get to know Napa County’s WILD side with our monthly education series

Fire Recovery, Forest Health, & Wildflowers at Newell Preserve
March 26 •  9am  •  Newell Open Space Preserce

in partnership with American Canyon Community & Parks Foundation

Join Napa RCD and ACCPF for a walk and talk at Newell Open Space in American Canyon. We will be walking a 4-mile loop and discussing the current health of the trees, the impacts of the fire, and we’ll be taking a look at any and all wildflowers we see along the way!

For families with small children that might not make it a full 4 miles: don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You are invited to join Miss Joy from Curiosity Kids for a short, approximately 1 mile “five senses hike” where we will practice using our senses to discover the magic of Newell Open Space!

This program is a WALK & TALK and will be at Newell Open Space in American Canyon. Meet at the kiosk.
Registration is appreciated but not required. You can register here.
