Community Oak Planting Day

Looking for an awesome way to get outdoors, give back, and have a blast with your community? Come join Napa RCD and our Teen Conservation Interns as we protect our beautiful oak woodlands!

What’s Happening: We will be clearing planting areas, building protective cages, and planting acorns. There’s a job for everyone, so all ages and abilities are welcome- bring your friends, family, and neighbors for a fun day outside!

Why You’ll Love It:

  • Work together with your community to help the environment
  • Hands-on activities that are great for kids, teens, and adults
  • A variety of tasks to keep things fun and exciting all morning long!
  • Fresh air, nature, and the perfect opportunity to “opt outside”

Where: Uphill from the main parking lot (the one with the new bathroom!) on Dry Creek Rd, across from Trower Ave. HERE IS A GOOGLE PIN.

What to Wear and Bring:

  • Wear your comfy gardening gear- thick pants and sturdy shoes are a must!
  • Don’t forget your filled water bottle to stay hydrated.

Registration is coming soon but isn’t required.
