Thank you to everyone who made the 6th Annual Napa Valley 5K/10K Salmon Run a success!
We hope to see you all next year!

Come join us for a day of fun, exercise and beautiful Napa Valley scenery that will benefit Napa Resource Conservation District programs, including fisheries monitoring, habitat surveys, and community education.

Awards will be given to the fastest overall male and female finishers in the 5K and 10K and to the 1st-3rd place finishers in the following age categories: 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

A raffle is held after the race for great prizes donated by local wineries, restaurants, and hotels.

Please note: Although we are animal lovers, we can’t allow pets to participate in our event for safety reasons. Please leave your furry friends at home!

Course information

Both the 5K and 10K courses have rolling hills except for the first and last 3/4 of a mile, which is a moderate incline. Both courses are shady and scenic and avoid high-traffic roads. The 5K course has one water stop that participants will pass twice and the 10K course has two separate water stops, one of which will be passed twice.

*Please note: This elevation profile is for the entire out and back 10K course. If you are running or walking the 5K course, you will be turning around at mile 1.55.
