Napa RCD is seeking an experienced consultant to provide as-needed professional invoicing, grant management, and financial process improvement support.

We require a specialized partner to help streamline our growing financial operations, which involve managing funds across numerous conservation projects.

Scope of Work Focus:

  • Quarterly Invoicing (20-25 Projects): Preparation and submission of accurate, compliance-driven quarterly invoices for a large volume of complex grant and contract-funded projects.
  • Process Development: Assessing our existing manual systems to design and develop streamlined invoicing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates.
  • System Improvement: Providing expert recommendations for improvements to the RCD’s financial systems, policies, and internal procedures.

How to Apply: Interested consultants should demonstrate substantial experience in government, special district, or non-profit grant-related bookkeeping and financial process development.
