Request for Proposal for Construction Management Services for the Sulphur Creek Fish Passage Restoration Project

Napa County Resource Conservation District (“Napa RCD”) is working on the implementation phase for a creek restoration project as part of Napa RCD’s Napa River Watershed Fish Passage Restoration Program (“Program”). The purpose of the Program (“Program Purpose”) is to remove identified barriers to fish passage and open spawning and rearing habitat in the Napa River watershed. To facilitate the Program Purpose, Napa RCD intends to implement the Sulphur Creek Fish Passage Project (“Project”).
Napa RCD is soliciting Proposals from Contractors providing construction management services as more particularly described in the Scope of Services (see Attachment A) for the Project, which work shall begin as early as December 2, 2024. Napa RCD plans to evaluate the Proposals and will enter a contract for construction management services with the highest-scoring Respondent, in the form provided in Attachment B. Napa RCD anticipates that the Agreement will be through December 31, 2028.

The date for notifying successful respondents stated in the RFP Schedule (i.e., November 27, 2024) has been extended. We anticipate notifying successful respondents by the end of the calendar year, if possible, pending availability for any necessary reference checks and/or interviews with respondent teams. All respondents have been notified of the timeline update.
Request for Proposals for the Inner Coast Collaborative’s Regional Priority Plan

The Napa County Resource Conservation District (Napa RCD) is seeking qualified Contractors to support the development of a Regional Priority Plan for the Inner Coast region, which includes Colusa, Lake, Napa, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo counties. This project, part of the Regional Forest and Fire Capacity Program, aims to enhance forest health, wildfire resilience, and community preparedness.
