The Napa County RCD, Sonoma RCD, and the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service invite you to a series of workshops in Napa county designed to help you complete a LandSmart™ farm water quality plan for your vineyard.
Workshops will be held in December 2014 (dates and locations TBD).
A LandSmart™ Plan is a great tool to:
- Comply with future water quality regulations
- Document Beneficial Management Practices (BMPs) already in place
- Prioritize and schedule BMPs for future implementation
- Take advantage of cost share opportunities to help pay for future BMPs
Growers are encouraged to attend the entire series, as each workshop will build upon the last and all will be integral to completing your plan.
